A little About Me
I’m Anna Adonu Reynolds, a Creative & Art Director in UX/UI Design Long time Experience in Storytelling. My work lives where design, sound, and storytelling meet experience in translating ideas into experiences that feel intentional, emotional, and alive.
I bring a multidisciplinary approach to every project, blending strategy and creativity to shape brand worlds, digital products, and artistic identities that connect deeply with audiences. Whether I’m designing a user journey, developing a brand story, or guiding an artist’s creative direction, my focus is always on crafting meaning through visual and emotional storytelling.
With a strong foundation in creative strategy, design systems, and artist development, I thrive at the intersection of innovation and empathy ensuring every detail serves both purpose and feeling.

Born in 1979 in Greater Accra, Ghana, and raised in the Netherlands from the age of four, through storytelling and songwriting I landed my first record deal in 1995 at the tender age of 15. I managed this myself, including my own girls & dance group. Some years later, with more than my previous label Rhythm Import and other labels going into a bidding war for my publishing, I wanted to travel the world through my gifts and skills, so I decided to sign with EMI Hamburg in 1999, living in Berlin since 2000. Over the years I’ve done a lot the last 10 years were spent creating a creative hub and lodging space in Ghana, Kokrobite.
On my path in the creative field nothing has been easy and the path has not been smooth, but problem-solving and finding my way is my strongest skill so I’m determined to pivot into creative & art direction and to combine my unique set of skills to create within my niche with companies and agents that are as serious about innovation as I am.
I carry a layered identity shaped by movement, resilience, and reinvention. My creative roots in sound are grounded in R&B, soul, and jazz sounds that raised me, held me, and shaped my voice. I have worked for many pop & Rock projects for others in Creative & Art direction Styling & songwriting Today, my music fuses those influences with modern African rhythms, creating a sonic space that sits somewhere between the emotional depth of Tems and the expressive, culture-rich dynamism of artists like Asake, yet remains unmistakably my own.
As a Black woman, strength is often expected before it is celebrated. I’ve lived long in that expectation the silent strong, the composed strong, the strong with her back pushed to the wall. My artistry is where I reclaim softness. My music exists to give strong women especially those navigating corporate, tech, or high-pressure environments like myself a place to breathe, release, and reconnect with the fluidity of their femininity. A moment for the nervous system to settle. A return to the sacral. A reminder of how a woman is meant to feel when she is allowed her soft era.
I work professionally in tech, creative & Art direction, and UX/UI spaces where storytelling, innovation, and cultural intelligence guide my daily decisions. Music is not a departure from this path; it is an amplifier, a form of social proof, and an extension of my voice as a creative leader. My songs, my words, and the emotional architecture behind them all serve the same mission: alignment, narrative, and impact.
I am not seeking a traditional full-time artist career. I value my day work and the creative ecosystems I am building there. Music, for me, is passion, expression, and selective performance. I am open to weekend gigs, special club nights, and venues that truly match my sound modern Afro-soul, inspired R&B, jazz-tinted Afro-fusion, Amaipano, Afro House and storytelling-driven Songwriting & hot Vocal performance art.
I am also available for speaking engagements, cultural conversations, and moderating roles where my lived experience across tech, art, and music can offer insight.
My artistry is a bridge between worlds corporate and creative, African and European, strength and softness. I make music to remind women like me that we are allowed to feel, allowed to rest, allowed to be held even by our own sound.
