FitHub Overview

FitHub is a modular, appointment-based fitting service designed to reduce fashion retail waste by allowing customers to try on curated outfits before purchasing. The concept reimagines fitting as shared urban infrastructure, integrating digital booking, physical fitting hubs, and city partnerships to minimize returns and overproduction.

I led the concept development, service design, UX strategy, and creative direction, from early urban research and industry analysis to customer journey mapping, checkout flow design, and the architectural concept for the modular fitting hubs, including brand integration and sustainability signaling.
