Ending the Year Designing With Intention

As the year comes to a close, I’m feeling genuinely excited about the direction my work is taking. I’ve been working on FitHub  a concept focused on reducing fashion waste by rethinking how we fit, buy, and move through our cities. It’s a response to a problem I’ve witnessed not only in the Western world, but also across Africa: systems that produce excess without responsibility, and experiences that lack intention.

What excites me most about FitHub isn’t just the solution it’s the structure.

I’m drawn to projects with longevity, clarity, and purpose. Projects that have a beginning and an end. Maybe it’s the Libra in me, but I’ve never been comfortable with endless processes that never quite arrive anywhere. Structure gives me peace and design has taught me that even when things evolve, they do so in layers, each with its own start and finish.

That mindset now guides everything I create.

Whether it’s product and UX work, music, writing my memoir The Love I Want, shaping branding concepts through storytelling and lyrics, or creating projects for my kids I approach each as a complete system. I give my projects names. I define their edges. I design the journey end to end.

Right now, my main focus is FitHub. But the foundations for my other projects are already laid out and structured exactly how I need them to be calm, intentional, and ready.

As I move into 2026, I’m committed to building work that:

• respects time

• values responsibility

• and creates real-world impact

Projects with intention.Projects with form.Projects that matter.

Excited for what’s next.
